Tryouts Founders Price

TEAM SELECTION PROCESS:

During tryouts, we aim to establish as many teams as feasible. If you are chosen for a team, you will convene with the coaches (if present) and fellow selected players. At this juncture, we will inquire whether you would like to accept your position on the team. Should you decide to accept, you will be directed to a designated link containing our Club Participation Agreement. You are required to review, sign, and provide a $500 deposit. Please be informed that the Agreement will be accessible for your review upon arrival at tryouts. We urge you to carefully read its contents throughout the duration of the 1-2 hour tryout process. In the event of declining a position, we will naturally be disappointed and make efforts to fill the vacancy at the earliest opportunity.

UNIFORM SIZING INSTRUCTIONS:

We will measure all players for uniforms during tryouts. Please ensure that you are present to avoid any sizing issues.
Important Reminder: By submitting this uniform sizing form, you are consenting to the chosen spelling and sizes. Any alterations in size after submission will incur expenses borne by the parents.

AFTER TRYOUTS:

• E-sign the Participation Agreement
• Pay the $500 deposit to hold your space
• Complete the USAV Medical Form (signed & notarized)
• Complete the USAV Parent Code of Conduct
• USAV Player Commitment form signed (after September 1st)
• Make sure your daughter completes the Junior Officiating requirements per the Florida Region
